Background
Academy Press Business Forms Limited was registered a limited liability company in February 1994 with Forty Million fully paid shares capital at N1.00 per share, which was recently increased to Eighty Million shares through board resolution with 30 million shares deposit.
We are established to market, design and manufacture computer forms, security forms, stationery and confidential printings among others at the registered address of No. 28/32 Industrial Avenue, Ilupeju Industrial Estate, P.O. Box 3445, Lagos and a new sales outlet at Plot 596, Kashim Ibrahim Way by Iluobe Filling Station, Wuse, Abuja.
Our Goal
We have a goal of bridging the gap between the standard of foreign and locally produced Business Forms. We set out to be the best in Nigeria by evolving a marketing stategy that emphasizes value-added services with cost benefit advantages. Our value-added services at APBF stresses Security and Confidentiality. We know what confidentiality means to our kind of Business.

Management Team
Our management team comprises four resource Managers, who are well groomed in the art of Print Selling, Production and Management by the Master, Academy Press Plc, to carry out the objectives of the investors under a Technical Service Agreement with Academy Press Business Forms Limited. He has responsibility to market the Company and its Products, through a well thought-out strategy that will direct the effort of the sales team towards achieving the corporate goal. |
Production Manager

Take charge of Planning, Scheduling, Production, Maintenance of equipment and Projection of Materials required in the plant to ensure that customers need are met. |
Finance & Admin. Manager:

He oversees collation of cost of all inputs, monitor and control expenditures, implement sound financial policy that reflects our objectives, and provide adequate information for management to take appropriate financial decisions. |
General Manager: |
Responsible for policy formulation, spearheading strategic planning, Personnel management, Business development/investment, importation and co-ordination of the activities of the former three. |
